Taking the step toward therapy takes immense courage, and you don’t have to carry your burdens alone. Whether you are battling overwhelming anxiety, walking through depression, coping with trauma, or navigating high-stress life transitions, I strive to provide a grounded, compassionate space where you feel genuinely understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward.

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #148683) at the Institute of Modern Recovery, I specialize in providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care for individuals, teens, couples, and especially military service members, veterans, and their families. I understand the unique cultural pressures, high-stakes environments, and invisible wounds associated with military life. My goal is to make therapy both a safe harbor for emotional healing and a practical workshop for lasting personal growth.

Together, we work collaboratively to uncover the underlying patterns, thoughts, and emotional triggers that keep you feeling stuck. My clinical approach is tailored to your individual needs, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT and TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based work, and trauma-focused modalities. With advanced clinical training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1) as well as the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Externship and Core Skills, I also help couples repair attachment ruptures, de-escalate conflict, and build profound emotional connection.

Healing is not about simply managing symptoms—it is about restoring resilience, regaining emotional regulation, and rebuilding fulfilling relationships. I welcome the opportunity to support your journey toward clarity, strength, and lasting well-being.
