Taking the step toward healing takes real courage, and you do not have to navigate it alone. Life transitions, operational stress, and unresolved trauma can leave you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and battling anxiety or depression. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #165265) at the Institute of Modern Recovery and a proud United States Marine Corps veteran, I bring a personal understanding of the high-pressure environments, resilience, and unique challenges that service members, veterans, and their families experience. My mission is to provide an authentic, safe, and culturally responsive space where you can take off the armor, work through complex challenges, and reclaim control over your life.

I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relationship distress. Grounded in empathy and cultural humility, my clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities tailored to your goals—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Additionally, I hold specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and direct clinical experience facilitating support groups for Adult Survivors of Child Abuse (ASCA).

Healing is not about erasing the past; it is about building the insight, emotional tools, and resilience needed for lasting growth. Whether you are working through post-traumatic stress, navigating communication breakdowns, or trying to rediscover your footing, I walk alongside you with candor and compassionate care. I welcome the opportunity to support your journey—reach out today to get started.
